The International Precision Teaching Conference (IPTC) is the annual meeting and conference of The Standard Celeration Society.

In general, the conference is held annually in early December.  More about the Standard Celeration Society

There is some contradiction via google and in publications as to annual conferences , hence the out of sequence or replicated numbers.
